Georgia on my Mind
Like I posted earlir, the big news of the day is Windows XP on Mac.
The difficulty, however, is that I use my iMac. It has lots of data I’d prefer not to lose. It has lots of applications I’d prefer not to lose. As it happens, I have an external 250GB Firewire drive. My plan is to wipe that, install OSX to it and migrate my account to it. Than I can wipe my internal drive, clean install OSX, do the Windows half, and then un-re-migrate.
My preference would be to just run Windows XP from the external drive, but the whole process seems fairly delicate still. I still might try, but don’t honestly expect to until perhaps by xp/howto_2 or 3.
